Registrants are
eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 10 business
days prior to the class. For cancellations made less than 10
business days before the start of class and more than 72 hours
before the stated class time, a 50% refund will be granted.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the class are
nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to cancel class if a sufficient number of
registrations have not been received. When possible, we will
reschedule the classes at a mutually agreeable time. If for any
reason we do not hold a class, registrants will be given the
choice to receive a full refund or to transfer registration to
another class.
Class Size
Maximum class size
at our facility is 6 students. If a client wishes to host the
class at his site, we will teach up to 10 students per attending
instructor. If a client requests a class for his employees and
asks us to host the class at our facility, we reserve the right to
supplement the class with additional students (not exceeding 6
total participants).
Classroom Courtesy
Classes begin at 8:30 unless otherwise noted. Please make every
attempt to arrive well before the start of class so it can begin
on time. On the morning of the class, if you find that
circumstances prevent you from prompt arrival, please contact us
at the number provided in your reminder email so we can act
accordingly. We ask that you refrain from outside contact while
class is in session; throughout the day, periodic breaks will be
provided during which you can make any necessary phone calls, read
emails, etc.

Computer Resources
takes no responsibility for the training manuals provided, as we
purchase them directly from Microsoft. If you have any complaints,
comments, concerns, or criticism of the presentation of marketing
materials, the instructor, or the payment policies, please direct
them to Robert McFall, President, 901-382-1634.
Registration and
Attendance
Registration for
CPE classes is open to anyone, but preference will be given to
Computer Resources customers. Class registration is required at
least 6 business days before the class. If spaces are available
after that time, additional students may attend, but we do not
guarantee that training manuals will be available. Registration is
transferable to other employees at the same company at any time
before training begins. For multi-day classes, the same students
must attend each day. Registration will be confirmed via email. If
you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days of your
registration submission, please contact us to verify receipt.
Class reminders and directions to our facility
will be sent via email to all registrants prior to class.
