While you can install MSDE 2000 and SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
on a non-server operating system, it is recommended you install
those components on a server operating system. The only non-server
operating system supported for MSDE 2000 is Windows XP Professional
SP2. The only non-server operating systems supported for SQL Server
2005 Express Edition are Windows XP Professional SP2 or Windows
Vista. |
